✔ Savonius Zero Head Turbine

Abstract- The demand of energy is continuously increasing and the energy sources are limited. Hence it becomes necessary to find the renewable source of energy. Water flow in rivers and canals are a green and cheap source of energy. Various hydrokinetic turbines are available for generation of electricity from water flow. The savonius turbine is one of them, which is easy to design and fabricate. But practically the performance of conventional savonius rotor is quite poor due to low coefficient of power and torque. The net driving force of savonius rotor is drag force and the efficiency of rotor depends on it. Concentrating the water flow on advancing blade of rotor leads to increase the drag force on rotor and hence efficiency. This can be done by introducing a guide vanes.

Vacuum plastic Thermo Forming Machine

Abstract-
Thermoforming is the forming of heated plastic on a mold to create a desired shape. Thermoforming, vacuum forming and pressure forming are considered thermoforming processes. Often confused with injection molding and rotational-molding, thermoforming processes are unique and have distinct differences for a variety of applications.

PROFILOGRAPH ENGRAVER

Abstract-
A PROFILOGRAPH ENGRAVER popularly known as pantograph is a mechanical linkage connected in a manner based on parallelograms so that the movement of one pen, in tracing an image, produces identical movements in a second pen. If a line drawing is traced by the first point, an identical, enlarged, or miniaturized copy will be drawn by a pen fixed to the other. Using the same principle, different kinds of pantographs are used for other forms of duplication in areas such as sculpture, minting, engraving and milling. Because of the shape of the original device, a pantograph also refers to a kind of structure that can compress or extend like an accordion, forming a characteristic rhomboidal pattern. This can be found in extension arms for wall-mounted mirrors, temporary fences, scissor lifts, and other scissor mechanisms such as the pantograph used in electric locomotives and trams.

BUCKET ELEVATOR

Abstract-
Bucket Elevators are powered equipment for conveying bulk materials in a vertical or steep inclined path, consisting of an endless belt, or chain to which metallic buckets are fixed. With the flexible belt/chain, the bucket move unidirectional within a casing and collect bulk materials at bottom end of the equipment and deliver it at the top end. In the processing Plant, Material Handling plays a vital Role. Among this we analysed Bucket Elevator and found that, In Bucket Elevators we are facing problems like Breakdowns of its various components, Leakage of the material from Bucket Elevator at the Bottom of the Shaft. To overcome the above listed problems and failures, we are going to make modifications in the design and parameters of the Shaft of the Bucket Elevator. To prevent the Material Leakage, We are going to Change the design of Shaft and provide the component (Gland Pusher) to avoid the Material Leakage. The Gland Pusher is generally made of Brass. The sealing material used in Gland Pusher is made of Asbestos material.

Development of Double Acting Reciprocating Pump Working Without Fuel and Electricity

Abstract-
We are developing double acting pump working without fuel and electricity. This pump is a stand along product which requires no external source of convectional energy only use of flowing water this pump utilize flowing water of channel, stream and river. This achieved by flowing water is used to rotate a water wheel. This wheel are attached to piston cylinder arrangement through kinematic energy convert into pressure energy.

Development of Wood Carving Duplicator

Abstract- Carving is the act of using tools to shape something from a material by scraping away portions of that material. The technique can be applied to any material that is solid enough to hold a form even when pieces have been removed from it, and yet soft enough for portions to be scraped away with available tools. Carving, as a means for making sculpture, is distinct from methods using soft and malleable materials like clay or melted glass, which may be shaped into the desired forms while soft and then harden into that form. Carving tends to require much more work than methods using malleable materials.

Our countries in majority skyscrapers paint by completely manual work by human risky effort. our country in simple cotton rob through hanging worker and risky painting process will be done so, occusanlly painter fall down on over height and serious injury and sometimes death also possible so, it problem will try to solve by our innovative project.it project vertically sprayer gun mobility up and down by chain sprocket and next important work liquid paint and compress air constantly deposited in spray gun. this project practically use in civil engineering machine and technology then speedily painting work accurate colour uniform and non-harmful work will be possible.

Water Filter Tricycle

Abstract-
This project proposes to take on challenges associated with the accessibility and cleanliness of water in developing countries by fabrication of tricycle mounted a manual filtration system that is portable, durable, and cost-effective for remote/rural areas where electricity is not available and can be moved from place to place, treating and supplying clean water at different locations. This innovation design help in the aftermath of flooding, earth quakes etc. when there is no clean water available, also for schools students can operate it and have safe drinking water. Due to portability it will be helpful for people moving in desert areas / wilderness, as in the case of defence personnel, trekkers etc.. In this unit, water purification/desalination takes place by a pressure driven, membrane based process. Pressurization is effected by pumps run by electrical / mechanical energy. The project work will instantaneously converts contaminated raw water from any inland source to clean.

DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF PARABOLIC TROUGH COLLECTOR SYSTEM

Abstract-
Solar Energy is a renewable source of energy. Its uses do not contribute to emission of greenhouse gases and other pollutants to the environment. It is sustainable since it cannot be depleted in a time relevant to the human race. A parabolic trough collector consists of a reflecting surface mounted on a reflector support structure having the profile of a parabola. A receiver assembly comprising a circular absorber tube with suitable selective coating and enclosed in a concentric glass envelope is cantered along the reflector focal line. Maintain focusing of solar radiation on the receiver assembly. The incident energy is absorbed by a working fluid circulating through the absorber tube.

Development of Economical Washing Machine

Abstract-
Development of economic washing machine is a very great innovation. It is used for washing cloths by means of applying electricity or without electricity. This projects include construction and utilization of economic washing machine. The mechanism used in our invention are chain, sprocket type mechanism and electric DC motor with speed variation, barrel, and shaft. The barrel is mounted on stand and connected with sprockets by means of shaft. Then sprockets is connected with DC motor with variable speed and pedal by chain. When we applied electricity to motor barrel is rotate or by pedalling also where electricity is not available. Washing machine also done in morning when we do cycling. The main objective is economic cost, make work flexible, and reduce washing time than other this type of washing machine. Advantages of our innovation is - We use in rural area where electricity is not available and also give exercise of cycling for health.

PERISTALTIC PUMP

Abstract-
The main objective for this research is to design and develop a rotary peristaltic pump. This type of pump is hard to find on the market and also very rare. However, this pump has a wide application in medical sector. In order to prototype a peristaltic pump, its basic component and function must be understand. The scope of this research are to design the pump for fabrication and determining the component that will be apply on the pump. Then engineering analysis and testing is done on the prototype to test its functionality. This prototype was successfully prototype with all the systematic plans and procedures. Improvement to the part of the pump like housing and motor are recommended for further stage of the study.

Energy Harvesting From Roads

Abstract-
Harvesting Energy stands alone as one of the most promising techniques for approaching the global energy problem without depleting natural resources. Energy harvesting technologies from road infrastructure is a new research territory that encompasses technologies that capture the wasted energy occurred at pavements, accumulate and store it for later use. Their most enticing characteristic is that they already offer extended paved surfaces. Paved surfaces with conductive pipes, PV sound barriers, nanomaterials or Phase Change Materials, piezo sensors and thermoelectrically generators and induction heating technique are just the most updated representatives. Their outputs can be listed as production of electric energy and district heating and cooling, de-icing surfaces or powering wireless networks and monitoring pavements conditions along with the enhancement of their self-healing process. The objective of this thesis is to review them and identify their strong and weak points.

Abstract-
The study of manufacturing was very important in order to carry out this project to ensure that the student understand on what are needed to do. This project is about designing and fabricate “Outdoor Gymnasium Equipment” to help people easy to bring anywhere. This project involves the process of designing the equipment by using considering some of factor such as shape and ergonomic for people to use. After the design is complete, it was transformed to real product where the design is used as a guideline. This project also required to ensure the safety for indeed of publishing. Design, Fabrication and Economic Analysis of System Converting Waste Plastic into Fuel

Abstract-
In this developing country, demand for fuel and energy continuously goes on increasing; we plan to utilize waste plastic for producing usable oil/fuel. The conversion can be done by using a closed cylindrical vessel and heating it to obtain fuel. Plastics of different grades which is dumped everyday can be directly used. Heat can be obtained by combustion of some other fuel or other source of energy. We plan to reduce the waste which hazardous to environment and convert it to useful fuel.

Modified and Development of Three Way Unloading System for Tipper Truck

Abstract-
Tipper has lots of applications in today’s world. In industrial and domestic considerations, farm and mining segment in India has picked up pace in recent years. Due to this, equipment’s such as tippers, excavators and loaders are in great demand. Function of tipper trucks is to combine the two tasks of dumping and haulage for example gravel, potatoes, grain, sand, compost, heavy rocks, etc. Conventional tipper mechanism an unload materials only at the backside of the tipper using hydraulically operated boom which may cause the problems of road blockage in the limited space area, tipper can unload only in one side. The survey in this regards in several automobile garages, service centres and construction revealed the facts that mostly some difficult methods were adopted in unloading the materials from the trailer. As considering the mines space available is very less due to which unloading material on left or right side is not possible to take this as a problem Multisided tipper tilting.

FLOW BOILING HEAT TRANSFER IN SINGLE MINICHANNEL FOR VERTICAL TUBE

Abstract-
Flow boiling in mini-channels is major research topics in heat transfer research nowadays. Developing models for predicting heat transfer coefficient requires detailed understanding of the flow patterns existing under different conditions. Fundamental knowledge of boiling mechanisms, the effect of mass flux, vapour quality, heat flux, the boiling regimes, and comprehensive flow regime maps for such flows remain to be better understood. The heat transfer coefficient is not measured by imposing the heat flux; instead, the boiling process is governed by controlling the inlet temperature of the heating fluid (water). The present work deals with experimental and computational study of flow boiling heat transfer in mini-channel at constant volume and heat flux. For the numerical analysis mini-channel of 2.1 mm hydraulic diameter and 450 mm heated length is used.

Box Shifting Mechanism is a small project for shifting of the boxes for the industrial purpose, used mainly in the packaging and filling department. A great many manufacturers of fancy wrapped or covered cardboard boxes used for packaging candies, cakes, and other confections, cosmetics and other articles are equipped with the so called quad staying machines by means of which a box blank is folded or set-up into boxlike form. These set-up boxes are transferred by means of a conveyor to an operator, who picks up the boxes and places and centres them on wrappers with which the boxes are to be covered.

Development of Automatic Cans Crusher Machine

Abstract-
The requirement for compact and environmentally balance models or products are increasing day by day .In this tedious market to develop a machine with these attributes becomes difficult. By taking into these consideration a cans crusher can be helpful to satisfy the different conditions of environment to maintain its balancing in the external world. Even better yet, the cans can be recycled multiple times with the same positive results. Purpose of the project is to understand the fundamental knowledge of design and mechanism to crush the cans. This study includes the design and fabrication of automatic cans crusher. With the study of different mechanism an appropriate mechanism for crushing the can is been selected and Design of the model is been carried out in CAD software. After the design is completed, fabrication is done. This Cans crusher can actually be the future mode of recycles apart from the recycle bins. It can be placed everywhere, in the park, houses, public places.

Line Follower Automatic Guided Vehicle

Abstract-
The Automatic Guided Vehicle refers a type of system that can be used in production as well as in other industries etc. This system includes a battery operated sensing carrier on which a small lift is provided, specific path over which it moves, sensors for sensing the obstructions on the path of the carrier. Also sensors for sensing exact positions from where load wants to carry and to where. The carrier moves using the electric power from the battery. It moves with a low and constant speed on the prescribed black path. The bottom of the carrier have sensor which is always coupled with the path. From the station we switch it on for moving the carrier, not for steering it. The steering is done by the path. The front side of carrier vehicle contains sensors for sensing the obstructions on the path. As it reaches the collecting station, its top floor lift to a small distance and lift the stand which contains the parts wants to assemble, and the carrier moves through the path and reaches the supply station. The sensor provided on the carrier detected the unloading station and unload the stand contains assembly parts at that station. And move to collecting stations again.

Paper Cutting Machine by Geneva Mechanism

Abstract-
The paper cutting machine is used for cutting paper. It cut paper using the Geneva mechanism and crank shaft mechanism. It will cut the paper in equal length. The paper cutting machine even more sophisticated device is in paper industry. Paper cutting machine is very useful device which is simple in construction. It is used to cut the paper and also count the number of cut paper. In paper industry the material for diary, sheets and notebooks etc. are in long length wrapped in form of roll. This roll is necessary to cut in some specific length. So our paper cutting machine cut the paper is in equal length. It is used for making diary, notebooks, drawing sheets. Paper cutting machine cut the paper in high speed with high accuracy. It is easily operated by unskilled operator and it also operates automatic mode using motor.
